Write to hello@mindscoreai.app with "Cancel subscription" as the subject, from the address you signed up with. That's how we verify it's really you — we don't ask for card details or passwords.
We confirm we've got it
A real person picks it up and replies, usually within one business day. No retention scripts, no hoops.
It's done, in writing
Cancellation completes within 24–48 hours and you get written confirmation. Keep that email for your records.
Timing
Cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date so the request is processed before the next billing cycle starts. Cancelling is free and there’s no minimum term.
You keep what you paid for
Cancelling doesn’t cut you off. You keep full access until the period you’ve already paid for runs out — then the subscription simply stops and no further charges are taken.
Lost access to your email?
If you can no longer use the address you signed up with, write to hello@mindscoreai.app anyway and tell us as much as you can about the purchase — the receipt number or the date and amount of the charge. We’ll help you verify it another way.
