1. Who we are and what these terms cover
These terms are an agreement between you and Melodai LLC (“ MindScore”, “we”, “us”), and they govern your use of mindscoreai.app, the MindScore assessment, and the reports and training plans we provide.
By using MindScore you accept these terms. If you don’t accept them, don’t use the service.
2. What MindScore is — and what it isn't
MindScore is a self-discovery cognitive estimate inspired by established assessment frameworks. It is designed for insight, curiosity and training.
It is not a clinical, medical, psychological or psychometric diagnosis, and it is not administered or interpreted by a licensed professional. Your MindScore is an estimate, not a certified IQ measurement. Do not use it to make medical, educational, employment or other significant decisions, and do not treat it as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional.
Your result can vary with tiredness, distraction, device and practice. We make no promise about what score you will get or what improvement you will see.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter a binding contract. If you’re using MindScore on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you’re authorised to accept these terms for it.
4. Your details
You’re responsible for the accuracy of the email address you give us — it’s where your report goes — and for keeping access to it secure. Tell us promptly at hello@mindscoreai.app if you believe someone else has used your details to buy or access a report.
5. Purchases and subscriptions
MindScore is sold as a single subscription. $1 charged today unlocks your full report and starts a 3-day trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription renews automatically at $39.99 per month, and monthly thereafter. Prices are shown at checkout and may include tax depending on where you are.
By completing a purchase you authorise us and our payment processor to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Full detail — including how to cancel and how refunds work — is in the Subscription & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- copy, scrape, republish or resell the questions, artwork, reports or any other part of the service;
- share, resell or publish your report in a way that presents it as a certified or clinical assessment;
- use bots, scripts or automated means to take the assessment or access the service;
- attempt to break, probe or circumvent our security, rate limits or paywall;
- use the service unlawfully, or to harass or harm anyone.
We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms or abuse the service.
7. Intellectual property
The service — including the questions, scoring, artwork, copy and the MindScore name — belongs to us or our licensors, and is protected by intellectual property law. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service and your report for your own non-commercial use.
Your report is yours to read, keep and share personally. That doesn’t transfer ownership of the underlying assessment or materials to you.
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don’t warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that your result is accurate for any particular purpose. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and this does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Some jurisdictions don’t allow these limits, in which case they apply only as far as permitted.
10. Changes to the service and these terms
We may change or discontinue parts of the service, and we may update these terms. If a change materially affects your rights, we’ll give reasonable notice by email or in the product. Continuing to use MindScore after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
11. Ending this agreement
You can stop using MindScore at any time and cancel your subscription as described in the Subscription & Refund Policy. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, if we’re required to by law, or if we stop offering the service.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the courts located there have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. If you’re a consumer, you keep the benefit of any mandatory protections of the law of the country where you live.
