1. Subscription overview
MindScore is sold as a single subscription. It bills in advance and renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.

- After the trial — $39.99 per month. The subscription renews monthly unless you cancel before the trial ends.
There is only one plan, and it unlocks the whole assessment and the complete written profile. Prices are shown at checkout and may include tax depending on your location.
2. Introductory and promotional offers
Introductory pricing applies to the first billing period only, and to one offer per customer. When the introductory period ends, the subscription converts automatically to the standard $39.99 monthly rate unless you cancel before it ends. We tell you the renewal price at checkout, and your receipt repeats it.
4. Cancelling
You can cancel at any time. Email hello@mindscoreai.app with the subject “Cancel subscription” from the address registered to your account. We confirm in writing, usually within one business day, and cancellation completes within 24–48 hours.
Cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date so the request is processed before the next cycle starts. Cancelling is free and there’s no minimum term.
You keep full access until the period you’ve already paid for runs out. Step-by-step instructions are on the Cancel Subscription page.
5. 30-day money-back guarantee
If your report isn’t genuinely useful, reply to your receipt email within 30 days of the charge and we’ll refund it in full — no questions asked. This is a promise we make on top of your legal rights, not a replacement for them.
6. Requesting a refund
Reply to your receipt email, or write to hello@mindscoreai.app from your registered address. Include the receipt number, or the date and amount of the charge, so we can find the payment.
We review requests promptly and process approved refunds within a few business days. Once sent, the money returns to your original payment method — how long it takes to appear is up to your bank or card issuer, typically 5–10 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. We can’t refund to a different card or account.
7. Limits
The guarantee covers the most recent charge, within 30 days of that charge, and one refunded subscription per customer. Outside that window, renewals already taken are generally non-refundable except where your local law says otherwise, or where we’ve made a mistake — if we charged you in error, we’ll always put it right.
We may decline refunds where there’s clear evidence of abuse, such as repeated purchase-and-refund cycles across accounts.
8. Chargebacks
If something’s wrong, please contact us first — we can almost always resolve it faster than a bank dispute, and our guarantee is more generous than a chargeback. Raising a chargeback without contacting us may result in access being suspended while the dispute is investigated.
9. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under consumer law.
EU, EEA and UK: you generally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. Because your report is digital content delivered immediately, you are asked at checkout to consent to immediate delivery and to acknowledge that doing so ends the withdrawal right once delivery has begun. Our 30-day guarantee applies regardless.
California: you may cancel a recurring subscription at any time, and we honour cancellation requests as described above.
10. Purchases made through app stores
If you ever buy a MindScore subscription through a third-party app store, that store handles the billing, and its own cancellation and refund rules apply. Manage the subscription in the store account you bought it with — we can’t cancel or refund those charges for you, though we’ll help you find the right place.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. Changes apply from the date they’re published and never retroactively to a charge already taken. If a change materially affects you, we’ll give reasonable notice before your next renewal.
